Getting Back On Track Should A Set Back Occur
Now, what if you do binge? How can you get back on track?
The first thing to do is to acknowledge it and accept it. The binge took place and it’s over and done with. There’s no going back now.
If you sit there and dwell on the binge, it will only erode your self-esteem and can make it harder to get back on track again.
Instead, try and figure out what prompted the binge so that you can learn from it into the future. That way, should that same situation arise again, you will be better prepared to handle it.

Make sure that you are someone who is taking control over this issue – not just hoping it goes away. Without some work on your part, you could continue binge eating for quite some time and it’ll be hard to see any weight loss progress if you do.
